After my organ/piano duet. Note: I was the one on the organ, and I, uh, don't know how to play the organ.
Nate: That was great!
Emily: No, it wasn't; I totally panicked.
Nate: Ok, but it was pretty good.
Emily: Really?
Nate: Yeah, if Rockband had scored it, it would have been above 90%
And, strangely, that made me think it wasn't that bad after all.
Wishing you a rockin' Easter!

The Rockband party was awesome! It was so fun meeting all new families! If we had a game system, I would seriously consider getting it :D
I am sure you did wonderful!
Emily. You know I think you ROCK!
I'm sure your solo was wonderful.
People like me who don't play were in the congregation envying you.
I bet it was fabulous! Hope your family had a great day!
What did you play? I was going to play the organ part of a piano/organ duet of O Divine Redeemer for Easter, but we cut it since there were already like 7 other musical numbers. I'm sure yours was great!
Oh, everyone is always so nice on my blog (I realized I've done a string of insecure posts). Thanks!
Sara, Pat Jarvis gave me a great copy of "Christ the Lord is Risen Today." I said, "Do you have a copy of a good Easter piano/organ duet?" Then, she rattled off about 7 songs off the top of her head because as you know, she's just that good.
haha! that's cool. long time no talk! :(
