I'm so ready for the semester to be over...

Nate sent this to me saying it was Asher and Luke in 15 years. I think it's too early to tell who will be who; Nate thinks Asher is the uptight one, and Luke is the short one.

This video shows the quintessential struggle between the oldest child and the youngest. I think these birth order personalities can be so ingrained, which is why it is also an eerily familiar depiction of me trying to get Nate to do something he doesn't want to do.

I died laughing. It reminded me of growing up, I tried to get my 2 younger sisters to behave for public events for my parents - utter nightmare and I would just stress out like a nut.
Glad those days are over.
Now I live with an eldest child and Theo is the eldest of two eldests - can you imagine how frequently we tell each other to do things, or what is the right way to do things...
Fun for us!

Wow. Those are my boys in about 8 years. Scary. They act like that now, but there's a lot more screaming and tattling. Is that a word? Anyway, Thanks for the great laugh. We have all of the typical birth order stereotypes alive and well in our home and as a youngest sibling, my oldest child drives me nuts sometimes. Ah, the joys of family.
